These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Correct Score Game regarding your use of correctscoregame.com and its related services.

By creating an account, submitting a prediction, joining a league, entering a promotion or purchasing Gold membership, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

You should not create an account or use the game if you do not agree to these terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and protected.

Correct Score Game is an online football prediction game. Players submit predicted scores, earn points under the published scoring system and compare their results through gameweek and league leaderboards.

Correct Score Game is provided for personal entertainment. It is not a betting service, and no stake is placed on the outcome of a football match through the standard prediction game.

Gold membership purchases access to additional digital features. It does not buy points, improve predictions or guarantee a particular score, ranking or reward.

Promotions, prize competitions or special events may have additional rules. The terms for the 2026/27 Global League prize promotion are included below, and further details are available on the Global League Prizes page.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Correct Score Game account.

Users under 18 should only use the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Gold membership purchases may only be completed by someone aged 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian may purchase membership for an eligible younger user.

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement with us and must use the website in accordance with the laws that apply where you live.

Additional age, residency or verification requirements may apply to a prize promotion and will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Some public pages can be viewed without an account. An account is required to save predictions, earn points, join leagues, enter prize promotions and use membership features.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• You must not create an account using another person's identity or email address without permission.
• You must keep access to your account and connected email address secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from a security failure for which we are legally responsible.
• You should normally operate only one personal playing account unless another arrangement has been approved.
• Your display name must not impersonate another person or contain unlawful, threatening, offensive or misleading content.

Contact us promptly if you believe that someone has accessed your account without permission.

Predictions must be submitted and saved before the deadline shown for the relevant match or gameweek.

The website's recorded submission time will be used to determine whether a prediction was entered before the deadline. Predictions cannot normally be submitted or changed after a match has been locked.

• You are responsible for checking that each prediction has been successfully saved.
• Leaving a prediction form open does not mean that an unsaved prediction has been submitted.
• Prediction deadlines may be adjusted when fixture information or kick-off times change.
• Postponed, abandoned, cancelled or rescheduled matches will be handled under the published game and scoring rules.
• You must not use bots, scripts, exploits or unauthorised automated methods to submit predictions.

Match results will be taken from sources that we reasonably consider reliable.

We may correct results, points, rankings or leaderboards where information was entered incorrectly, changed by a relevant football authority or affected by a technical error.

Corrections will be applied as consistently as reasonably possible to all affected players. A temporary leaderboard should not be treated as final while match information or scoring remains under review.

We may take reasonable action where there is evidence of duplicate accounts, manipulation, collusion, exploitation of an error or other unfair play. This may include removing affected entries, recalculating scores, disqualifying a player or closing an account.

Players may be able to join public leagues or create and join private leagues using an invitation code or link.

A private league restricts access to invited or approved members, but it should not be treated as a confidential communication service.

Other league members may be able to see your display name, score, ranking, prediction results and content posted within the league.

League creators and administrators are responsible for sharing invitation details carefully. We are not responsible when an invitation code or link is voluntarily shared beyond its intended audience.

We may remove or rename leagues that infringe these terms, impersonate another organisation, misuse intellectual property or contain unlawful or seriously inappropriate material.

You remain responsible for league names, messages and other content you submit to the website.

By posting content, you give Correct Score Game a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate, secure and moderate the relevant website features.

You continue to own any rights you already hold in your content.

You must not submit content that:

• Is threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful or discriminatory.
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful or deliberately misleading.
• Reveals another person's private or personal information without permission.
• Infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains spam, scams, malicious links or unauthorised advertising.
• Encourages violence, criminal activity or dangerous conduct.

We may review, restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, comply with the law, protect users or maintain the service.

We do not guarantee that every message will be reviewed before it appears.

Gold membership provides access to the paid features described on the website at the time of purchase.

Available features, prices and billing periods will be shown before a purchase is confirmed.

Gold membership may be available on monthly, yearly or other clearly stated subscription periods.

Unless stated otherwise, Gold membership is linked to the account used to purchase it. It must not be shared, transferred, resold or used across unrelated accounts.

Gold membership does not guarantee a particular score, leaderboard position, prediction outcome, league result or financial benefit.

Gold membership payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout.

Correct Score Game does not receive or store your complete debit or credit card number.

The price, billing period and automatic-renewal information will be displayed before you complete the purchase.

Unless the purchase screen states otherwise, a Gold subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until it is cancelled.

The applicable membership fee will normally be charged at the start of each new billing period using the payment method attached to your subscription.

We may provide legally required information about renewals, cancellation rights or subscription changes by email, through your account or through another appropriate method.

You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information current. A failed payment may result in Gold features being paused or removed until payment is completed.

We may change the price or included features of Gold membership. We will not change the price of a billing period that has already been paid for.

Where a price change affects a renewing subscription, reasonable advance notice will be provided. The new price will apply no earlier than the next renewal identified in that notice.

You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue.

We may make minor, security-related or technical changes to Gold features without advance notice where those changes do not materially reduce the overall paid service.

You can cancel future Gold renewals through the subscription or account controls provided on the website.

Cancellation normally prevents the next automatic renewal. Unless a refund or earlier termination applies, Gold access will usually continue until the end of the billing period already paid for.

Cancelling Gold membership does not automatically delete your free Correct Score Game account, saved predictions or league history.

You may have legal cancellation and refund rights when purchasing a subscription online.

Information about any applicable cancellation period and the start of Gold access should be displayed during checkout or provided in your purchase confirmation.

Where you request immediate access to Gold features, the treatment of a cancellation made during an applicable cancellation period will depend on the service already supplied and your statutory rights.

Refund requests outside a statutory right will be considered where appropriate. This may include an incorrect charge, duplicate payment or material failure in the paid service.

Nothing in these terms removes or restricts any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

You must use Correct Score Game lawfully, fairly and only for its intended purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, databases, systems, administration tools or restricted areas.
• Interfere with the website, overload its infrastructure or introduce malware, malicious code or harmful material.
• Use bots, scripts, scraping tools or automated processes without prior written permission.
• Exploit a bug, scoring error, security weakness or unintended feature for personal or competitive advantage.
• Create duplicate or coordinated accounts to manipulate points, rankings, prizes, league activity or access limits.
• Sell, rent, transfer or share access to your account or paid membership.
• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without permission.
• Use the service in a way that harms other users, Correct Score Game, its suppliers or the integrity of the competition.

We may investigate suspected breaches of these terms and take proportionate action to protect users, the website and the integrity of its competitions.

Action may include:

• Issuing a warning.
• Removing or editing prohibited content.
• Restricting access to chat, leagues, predictions or other features.
• Correcting or removing affected points, rankings or entries.
• Suspending or permanently closing an account.
• Disqualifying a user from a promotion or withholding a prize where the promotion rules have been breached.

Where reasonably appropriate, we will consider the nature, seriousness, frequency and impact of the conduct before deciding what action to take.

Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent fraud, cheating, harm, security risks, unlawful activity or ongoing disruption.

Closing or suspending an account does not remove any payment, liability or legal obligation that arose before the action was taken.

We aim to keep Correct Score Game available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, hosting issues, internet failures, supplier outages, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control.

Features may be modified, suspended or withdrawn where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational or technical reasons.

You are responsible for submitting predictions with enough time to deal with ordinary connection, browser or device problems before a deadline.

We may make reasonable corrections where a confirmed technical problem affected scoring, saved predictions, membership status or a significant number of users.

We are not required to accept a prediction that was not received and stored before the applicable deadline.

Correct Score Game may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, authentication providers, analytics tools, football-data providers, advertisers and affiliate partners.

Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies and eligibility requirements.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, offers or services simply because they are linked from Correct Score Game.

Some links may be affiliate links. This means Correct Score Game may receive a commission or other benefit if you complete a qualifying action through the link, without necessarily increasing the price you pay.

Any decision to use a third-party service is made directly between you and the relevant provider.

Correct Score Game and its licensors retain all rights in the website, software, branding, designs, written content, databases and other materials provided through the service, except for content owned by users or third parties.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial participation in the game.

You must not copy, adapt, distribute, republish, reverse engineer, sell or commercially exploit protected material unless permitted by law or authorised in writing.

Football club names, competition names, logos and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Correct Score Game is not endorsed by, sponsored by or officially affiliated with the Premier League or any football club unless expressly stated.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Correct Score Game is provided mainly for personal entertainment. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or losses arising from commercial reliance on the service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by:

• Events outside our reasonable control.
• Your failure to save a prediction before a deadline.
• Inaccurate information supplied by third-party data providers, unless we failed to take reasonable steps after becoming aware of a material error.
• Unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect login details or connected email access.
• Third-party websites, payment services, advertisements or affiliate offers.

Where we are legally responsible for a foreseeable loss caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, membership features, promotions, legal requirements, suppliers, security arrangements or business operations.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Where a change materially affects your rights or an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, by email or through another appropriate method.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.

Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means that the revised terms will apply to future use.

The 2026/27 Global League prize promotion is a free-to-enter competition operated by Correct Score Game. Eligible registered players compete through the main Global League by submitting Premier League correct-score predictions during the 2026/27 season.

No purchase or Gold membership is required to participate. Purchasing Gold membership does not provide additional points, improve a player's ranking or increase the likelihood of winning a prize.

The promotion begins when predictions open for the first eligible Premier League fixture of the 2026/27 season and ends after the final eligible Premier League fixture has been completed and all relevant scores, points and standings have been checked.

Players who create an eligible account after the season begins may still participate, but they will not receive points for predictions that were not submitted before earlier fixture deadlines.

Eligibility

• Entry is available to registered Correct Score Game users who comply with these terms throughout the promotion.
• Only one playing account and one Global League entry are permitted per person unless Correct Score Game has expressly approved another arrangement.
• Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter. We may require confirmation from a parent or guardian before awarding a prize to a person under 18.
• Correct Score Game may exclude its operators, contractors and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion where necessary to protect fairness.

Ranking and winner selection

Winners will be determined by the final verified Global League standings after all eligible matches have been completed and any necessary score corrections or investigations have concluded.

If two or more players finish level on points in a prize position, the following tie-break process will apply in order:

1. The highest number of exact-score predictions.
2. The highest number of correct-result predictions.
3. A random draw supervised by Correct Score Game if players remain tied after the first two tie-breaks.

Temporary leaderboard positions are not final. Correct Score Game may correct scoring errors or investigate suspicious activity before confirming winners.

Winner checks and prize delivery

Potential winners may be required to confirm their identity, account ownership, age, email address and eligibility before a prize is awarded.

We will contact potential winners using the email address linked to their Correct Score Game account. A winner must respond within 14 days unless a different reasonable deadline is stated in the notification.

If a potential winner does not respond, cannot be verified, refuses the prize or is found to be ineligible, Correct Score Game may offer the prize to the next eligible player in the verified standings.

Amazon gift cards will normally be delivered electronically. Gold membership prizes will be applied to the winner's Correct Score Game account.

Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and have no cash alternative unless Correct Score Game is legally required to offer one or expressly agrees otherwise.

Correct Score Game is not responsible for a prize being delayed or lost because a winner supplied inaccurate contact information or failed to maintain access to the email address linked to their account.

Fair play, cheating and collusion

Players must participate honestly and independently. Correct Score Game may investigate any activity that appears to undermine the fairness or integrity of the promotion.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Operating or controlling more than one account to gain an advantage.
• Sharing, buying, selling or transferring accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, automated submissions or unauthorised software.
• Exploiting technical errors, scoring weaknesses or unintended website behaviour.
• Coordinating accounts, predictions or activity to manipulate rankings or prizes.
• Colluding with another player or person to gain an unfair advantage.
• Supplying false information or interfering with verification.

Where a prize has already been issued before prohibited conduct is discovered, Correct Score Game may seek its return or recover its reasonable value where legally permitted.

Promotion administration

Correct Score Game may suspend, amend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make fair or lawful administration impossible. Where practical, reasonable steps will be taken to minimise disadvantage to genuine participants.

Correct Score Game's decision on scoring, eligibility, disqualification, verification and prize administration is final, subject to applicable law and the correction of an obvious administrative or technical error.

We may publish a winner's display name, finishing position and prize on the website or related Correct Score Game channels. Additional personal information will only be used or disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also be entitled to rely on mandatory consumer protections and bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

Nothing in this section removes any right to use a court, regulator, alternative dispute service or other remedy available under applicable law.
